Account & data deletion

Delete your TinyNext account
and associated data

You can request permanent deletion here even after uninstalling the app. After identity verification, we generally delete associated production data within 30 days rather than merely disabling the account.

Step 1

To verify ownership, send the request from the email address registered with TinyNext.

Verify ownership

We may perform a minimal check to identify the account. We will never ask you to send your password by email.

Step 3

Permanent deletion

We delete the authentication account, profile, intake history, plans, tasks, AI drafts, transcripts, and calendar sync links, then confirm completion by email.

Data that may remain temporarily

  • Encrypted backups containing account, profile, plan, task, AI draft, transcript, and sync-link data may remain for up to 90 days and are automatically deleted when that period ends.
  • Minimal request records and security or fraud-prevention audit information are retained only where required, for the period required by applicable law.
  • Delete exported events from Google, Apple, or another device calendar provider because those copies are outside TinyNext's control.
  • Uninstalling the app alone does not delete the cloud account and associated data.
